US combat veteran and Advocate Esteban Blis, The voice of the veterans outside of the US, meets withe leadership od Defense Health Agency or DHA , under the office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health. This very important meeting, was to request assistance and changes in policies in place for over 30 years to the Tricare Insurance overseas for retirees and dependents living in Panama.
LTG Michael Rochelle, MG Alfred Valenzuela, SGM Carlos Miller and Joseph Caruso, MD were in the meeting in support of the 5000 plus retirees in Panama and overseas.
